IPAF Harness Inspection Training Course

The IPAF Harness Inspection course covers all aspects of the inspection of harnesses in working at height applications, it will enable delegates to inspect harnesses correctly. If a delegate has an IPAF licence, this qualification can be added to this. It is a pre-entry requirement for this course that delegates have already passed the IPAF Harness User training course.

Who is the course for:
Anyone who has already completed the 1/2 Day IPAF Harness User Training Course that needs to be able to inspect harnesses in any type of working at height application and be able to sign them off for use.

  • Types of detailed inspection
  • Common types of damage & criteria for failure
  • Inspection reports
  • Written Theory Test

Completion of the course:

Successful delegates of the IPAF Harness Use and Inspection course will receive a digital IPAF certificate (also known as IPAF ticket or IPAF card download) as well as access to the IPAF ePal App.

If a delegate has an IPAF licence, this qualification can be added to this.

This course allows delegates to complete the theory part of the IPAF Access Platforms course via an e-learning module. This is completed on line, and delegates then attend for a half day to complete practical training. On booking the course delegates will be issued with a log-in to complete the e-learning module.
