CITB - Health & Safety Awareness

CITB Health & Safety Awareness course is one of the requirements for obtaining the CSCS green labourer's card Course run at our partner centre in Nechells B7 5AR.

Description

Who is this CITB training course for?
Employees requiring training on health & safety in the workplace or on site, and employees needing to apply for the green CSCS labourer's card. Delegates must be competent in English.
 
Course content includes:
  • Employer’s and employee’s legal responsibilities
  • Accident reporting & emergency procedures
  • Risk assessments
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Manual Handling
  • Working at height
  • Working with electricity
  • Noise & vibration
  • Fire prevention
  • Working in confined spaces
  • COSHH Regulations

Completion of the course:

Delegates will take a short written test. Successful delegates will receive a CITB accredited certificate, and be entered on the CITB Construction Training Register.
